Gaithersburg is the second largest city in Maryland, located 25 minutes northwest of Washington, DC in Montgomery County, Maryland.

In July of 2005, CNN/Money and Money Magazine ranked Gaithersburg 17th on list of the 100 best places to live in the United States.
